- Scallops with bread crumbs, Sechuan black pepper and a spoonful of brandy Cardenal Mendoza
- Put them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes maximum.
- Finally when you can see the bread crumbs are well browned, our delicious appetizer is ready!
