Sherry Profile cocktail

Arnaldo Silva from Puerto Rico has been a mixologist for over 8 years and has set up a blog to educate spirit and cocktail enthusiasts about the Caribbean cocktail scene.

Ingredients:
- 75 ml Cardenal Mendoza
- 75 ml Fifty Pounds Gin
- 25 ml Ginger liquor
- 1 dash Angostura orange bitters
- 2 dash Peychauds bitters
- Splash of dry Sherry to rinse the glass
Elaboration:
Rinse an old fashioned glass with sherry, stirr all ingredients and pour over the rinse glass without ice. Garnish with orange slice.
