Cardenal’s Rule

As a big fan of coffee and tonic, I wanted to create something that combined well the tonic and coffee idea while allowing the flavors of Angelus and Fifty Pounds Gin
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Angelus Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Fifth Pounds Gin
- 1 Double Espresso
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1-2 oz Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to shaker tin (except tonic),
- Add ice and shake,
- Double strain into old fashioned glass over fresh ice,
- Top with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
- Garnish with Mint sprigs
