La Furia Roja

I love stirred drinks with a split base and I saw this as a lovely opportunity to do just that. There is a few classic cocktails that split gin and brandy together. Spain was a big inspiration as well and why I chose Sherry to match the sherry aging on the Brandy. The name of the cocktail is a nick name for the Spanish national soccer team and the color of the cocktail matches so well.
