Sangría with white wine & Cardenal Mendoza

Fancy a refreshing alternative to traditional Sangria? Try our recipe, it's fast, fabulous and full of punch!

Ingredients

  • 180 ml Brandy Cardenal Mendoza              
  • 120 ml fresh lemon juice 
  • 240 ml white wine or fino 
  • 240 ml apple juice 
  • 8 slice of pinapple 
  • 8 slices of apple 
  • 8 slices of ginger   
  • Ice cubes 

Elaboration:  

Cut the apple, pineapple and ginger into very fine pieces having a thickness of no more than half a centimeter.

Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in a bowl or pitcher of punch.

Allow to stand for a few hours in the refrigerator. 

Add ice cubes just before serving.

Stir with a mixing spoon and serve in old glasses containing ice cubes, add fruit pieces.
