Sanchez Romate Punch - by Natalie Jacob

To celebrate the Cardenal Mendoza Golden Week, we asked award-winning mixologist Natalie Jacob from New Jersey USA to create a cocktail for the occasion and here it is!

Ingredients: 

  • 1 1/2 oz. Cardenal Mendoza
  • 1/2 oz. Mezcal
  • 3/4 oz. orgeat
  • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
  • Ice

Elaboration: 

Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker, shake with ice, and strain into a double rocks glass over ice. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
