Prawns to Cardenal Mendoza

This time we bring you an easy and tasty recipe to accompany these summer days.
Ingredients:
- Peeled prawns. (The amount you need)
- Ground black pepper
- Cloves
- Tarragon
- Cumin
- Rosemary
- Garlic in slices
- Parsley
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Brandy Cardenal Mendoza
The measures depend on the amount of prawns you want to cook.
Elaboration:
In a bowl put the peeled prawns and mix all the spices: pepper, cloves, tarragon, cumin, rosemary with garlic in slices, salt, olive oil and of course Brandy Cardenal Mendoza. Everything has to cover the prawns. Let macerate for about 40 minutes.
Heat a frying pan and add the prawns (in this case you could also put the prawns on a skewer) Et voilá! Ready to serve!
