Mojito Angêlus

It is the classic mojito version but improved with our beloved Cardenal Mendoza Angêlus with its citrus touches that intensify the flavor of the mojito.
Ingredients:
50ml Cardenal Mendoza Angêlus
1 spoon Azúcar blanco
Half lemon juice
60ml Soda
Peppermint
Elaboration:
In the same glass we mix with a cocktail mortar sugar, lemon juice and peppermint. Next we incorporated the brandy Cardenal Mendoza Angêlus and finally the soda.
Garnish with some peppermint leaves.
