Memory

18 November 2019
Time brought me back to Europe for the past few years... MEMORY is the process of storing and then remembering this information, just like the way I create the drink. There are different types of memory. Short-term memory stores information for a few seconds or minutes, just like the Gin. And the long-term memory stores it for a longer period of time, just like a sherry brandy. Some are sweetie that you love and others are bitter cause of missing; but few of them can be sour because it's hard to get. At the end, you will need to shake it up and the tiny bubbles of joy spin and whiz creating an inspiration. Till then; you would realize that every day you've lived, you've had different experiences and you've learned new things. For me, it was just a bitter sweet memory for my Sunday evening. It do reminds me a sunset of my week with.
