Lágrimas de Ángel

The Lágrimas de Ángel cocktail is a cocktail made with our beloved Sherry brandy Cardenal Mendoza and Cardenal Mendoza Angêlus, where the citrus flavors are designed to surprise your palate!
Ingredients:
- 45 ml Cardenal Mendoza
- 45 ml Cardenal Mendoza Angêlus
- 30 ml Lime juice
- 30 ml Syrup
- 15 ml Egg white
- 3 o 4 dash of Angostura
Elaboration:
In a shaker mix all the ingredients and shake well. Serve it in a tumbler glass and garnish with a slice of orange and a couple of blueberries.
