El Cardenalito cocktail

José Ortega works at the Hilton Hotels San Juan Resort & Casino in Puerto Rico. He also teaches Cocktail Training seminars or "Bar Training" and Master classes in classic cocktails and new trends in the mixology world.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Cardenal Mendoza
- 1/2 oz cinnamon / ginger syrup
- 5 dashes of homemade chocolate bitters
- Whipped cream
Elaboration:
Mix all ingredients together in a shaker and add a glass so that the whipped cream settles at the top.
