It’s all about finding balance between fully embracing the fact it’s Winter or being a rebel and adding a slight feeling of ‘Summer’ to our cocktails. This drink combines the soothing, warm flavors of Brandy, Crème de Cacao and PX Sherry with the vibrance and freshness of lime juice, mint and raspberries.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Brandy Cardenal Mendoza
  • 15ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry
  • 10ml White Crème De Cacao
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Elaboration:

Shake all with crushed ice Open pour in a large glass and add more ice if necessary Garnish with fresh mint and raspberries and serve with a reusable straw
