Our favorite Italian foodie, Cinzia Cardascia shares her tips for creating the ideal aperitif for your next dinner party with Scallops and Cardenal Mendoza.
  • Scallops with bread crumbs, Sechuan black pepper and a spoonful of brandy Cardenal Mendoza
  • Put them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes maximum.
  • Finally when you can see the bread crumbs are well browned, our delicious appetizer is ready!
