Cardenal Mendoza & Raisin biscuits

Today we share with you how to make delicious cookies with raisins & our brandy in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients  galletas con pasas al CM

8 servings

- 60 gr. Butter

- 190 gr. flour

- 1 egg

- 8 gr. baking powder

- 80 gr. sugar

- 75 gr. raisins

- Cardenal Mendoza Brandy

- 1 dash orange flower water

Elaboration: 

  1. Moisten the raisins with brandy
  2. Drain the raisins
  3. Knead the butter, flour, egg, baking powder and sugar into a dough 
  4. Add raisins and splash of orange blossom water and knead again
  5. Separate dough into portions of 30 gr and give a round shape to each portion
  6. Lightly press the dough balls to shape the cookie
  7. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 180 °C
