Cardenal Indulgence

Story:
I believe this cocktail is the perfect serving for C Factor. It has a lovely balance of flavour and sweetness with notes of dark chocolate and Coca Cola syrup helping the brandy to shine. The bittersweet from the amaro brings lively sentence for the perfect event cocktail or after dinner slow sip to relax and enjoy the rest of the night. Don’t forget to bring some quality cigars as well. The foam of the cocktail brings all the zest, citrus and chocolate bitter to the nose and the palate — finally, a grated nutmeg for a lovely aroma.
Ingredients:
- 40ml Cardenal Mendoza Brandy
- 15ml Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur
- 15ml Amaro Montenegro
- 15ml Coca Cola Reduced Syrup
- Topped with Cardenal Mendoza Angêlus & Chocolate Bitter Foam and grated Nutmeg
Elaboration:
Add all ingredients except the Cardenal Mendoza Angêlus & Chocolate Bitter Foam to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir till chilled — strain into a Retro Coupe Glass.
Cardenal Mendoza Angêlus & Chocolate Bitter Foam:
One egg white
25ml Cardenal Mendoza Angêlus
7.5ml Chocolate Bitters
To make the foam place all ingredients into Nitro Press or ISI dispenser and after sealing shake vigorously. Charge with Nitrogen cartridge (for Nitro Press) or CO2 cartridge (for ISI Dispenser). Keep it refrigerate
