Bendición del Cardenal by Arnaldo Silva

Cocktails and Cardenal Mendoza go together like the birds and the bees. Arnaldo Silva, Bartender & WSET professional in distilled drinks from Puerto Rico, shows us why, with the Benedición featuring Cardenal Mendoza & Fifty Pounds Gin.

Ingredients

1 oz. Cardenal Mendoza
1oz. Fifty Pounds
1 bar spoon rose water
¾ oz. lime cordial (half lime juice and half sugar syrup)
A pinch of salt
Rose petals to garnish

Elaboration:

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.

Shake and strain into a coupé cocktail glass. Garnish with rose petals.
